The Darwin/Larrakia Guernsey is a limited-edition piece that tells a powerful story of connection, growth and strength. The concentric circles across the design represent the sky and the many places SUNS players, staff and supporters have come from, stretching outward to reflect the team’s journey together. The underlying circles honour the lands and fields the team plays on, and the deep ties to community and homeland.
The crocodile-skin inspired pattern represents the Saltwater Crocodile, the Larrakia people’s totem: stealthy, ferocious and adaptable, just like the way the team plays.
