Member Discount

How do I create an account to access my member discount? 

When shopping on our new website for the first time, all members will need to create an account to access their discount.

Member offers will not be seen or be able to be applied unless a member is signed into their account.

To create an account:

  1. Click on Register in the top right hand corner of The SUNS Shop home page
  2. Tick 'Yes' to "Are you a Club Member?"
  3. Provide the same email address and password you use to log into your SUNS membership account
  4. Fill out normal account sign up details

The email address that you enter for The SUNS Shop Account registration MUST match to your email address that you have already set up for your SUNS membership account.

The "Club Membership password" that you enter MUST also match to the one you have already set up for your SUNS membership account.

You will also be asked to provide a SUNS Shop password. You can use your SUNS membership password for your new SUNS Shop account if you wish, however they don’t have to match.

If you are unsure what your email address and password are for your membership, please try to log into your SUNS membership account before creating your SUNS Shop account.

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the links on the SUNS membership website to reset this.

An auto-generated password will be issued to enable you to reset your SUNS membership account password. You MUST change the auto-generated password to your own password on your membership account before you can use this to create your SUNS Shop account.

What happens if I enter the incorrect email address?

A SUNS Shop account will be created under this email address, and you will not be able to access your member discount.

Sign in to your SUNS Shop account and update your details to the correct email address and password that matches exactly to your SUNS membership account.

What happens if I enter the incorrect Club Membership password?

A SUNS Shop account will be created using your email address but the member discount will not be applied.

Check your SUNS membership password by trying to log into your SUNS membership account.

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to follow the links to reset this.

Normally, an auto-generated password will be issued to enable you to reset your SUNS membership account password.

You MUST change the auto-generated password to your own password on your Membership Account.

Once you have reset your SUNS membership account password, sign in to your SUNS Shop account and update your password here to match the one you just entered on the membership site.

I’m not seeing discounted items?

Member discounts will be applied automatically once you are correctly logged in to your SUNS Shop account and your email address and Club Member password match exactly to your SUNS membership account details.

You will see the discounted price as you browse the site.

When you land on the cart it will also say that 'Club Member discounts have been applied'.

I am a current member of the Gold Coast SUNS Football Club. How do I receive my 10% discount on Merchandise?

Our new website was launched on 11th June 2020. 

All members wishing to receive their 10% discount will be required to create a new account prior to making their first order from the above date. Please follow the below steps to create your new The SUNS Shop account:

  1. Click on Register in the top menu
  2. Tick “Yes” to "Are you are a Club Member?"
  3. Provide the same email address used on your membership account. If you do not have an email address linked to your membership account, please contact the membership department on 1300 784 436
  4. Provide the same password used on your membership account. If you do not know this you will need to reset your password on the membership website
  5. Create The SUNS Shop password. This can be the same or different from your membership password
  6. Reconfirm your new password for The SUNS Shop
  7. Fill out your personal details
  8. Tick our Privacy Policy agreement
  9. Tick the Robot verification
  10. Click “Create Account”

I do not have an email address linked to my membership. What do I do?

To add an email address to your membership account please contact the membership department on 1300 784 436 or email gcmembership@goldcoastfc.com.au  

I do not know my password for my Membership account. What do I do?

To reset your password, please click on the link below and follow the prompt to “Forgot Password”. You will then be emailed a link to reset your password.

If you do not receive an email it might mean that we have the wrong email address for you. Please contact the membership department on 1300 784 436 or email gcmembership@goldcoastfc.com.au   to update your details.

I want to use a different email address to the email linked to my membership. What do I do?

To receive a 10% discount, your email address must match the email address linked to your SUNS membership. If you need to update this please contact the membership department on 1300 784 436 or email gcmembership@goldcoastfc.com.au

I have set up my account, but it is not recognising me as a member. What should I do?

Please check that your email address and membership password are correct. These details must match what is on your membership record. If you are unsure whether the email address and password match, you can test this by logging into your membership account here - https://am.ticketmaster.com/goldcoastfc/#/

If you are unable to login to your membership account, please try reset your password.

If you do not receive an email with a link to reset your password, we may have the wrong email address for you. Please contact the membership department on 1300 784 436 or email gcmembership@goldcoastfc.com.au to update your details.

Once this is done, please try created your new account again.

The club has given me a temporary password. Can I use this to create my The SUNS Shop account?

No. If you have a temporary password, you will need to create a new password through the SUNS membership site prior to creating your SUNS Shop account. Click here to change your SUNS membership password https://am.ticketmaster.com/goldcoastfc/#/

I have changed my membership password, does this mean my The SUNS Shop password will automatically change?

No. You will need to login to The SUNS Shop and update your SUNS membership password in order for your record to match and for your 10% discount to be applied. 

I have created my The SUNS Shop account but my discount hasn’t been applied. What should I do?

To be eligible for a SUNS Shop discount, your SUNS membership account payments must be up to date.

If you are behind in your payments, have not renewed, or cancelled your SUNS membership please login to your membership account at https://am.ticketmaster.com/goldcoastfc/#/ or call the Membership department on 1300 784 436 to resolve the issue.
