I am a current member of the Gold Coast SUNS Football Club. How do I receive my 10% discount?

From the 11th June, all members will need to create an account on The SUNS Shop to access their 10% discount. You will be asked to provide your membership email address and password for us to validate your membership.

Please follow the below steps to create your new SUNS Shop account:

  1. Click on 'Register' in the top menu
  2. Tick ‘Yes’ to 'Are you are a Club Member?'
  3. Provide the SAME email address as your membership account
  4. Provide the SAME password as your membership account
  5. Create The SUNS Shop Password. This can be the same or different from your membership password
  6. Confirm The SUNS Shop Password
  7. Fill out 'Details'
  8. Tick our 'Privacy Policy' agreement
  9. Tick the 'Robot' verification
  10. Click ‘Create Account’

I do not have an email address linked to my membership. What do I do?

The email address that you enter for The SUNS Shop account registration MUST match your email address that you have set up for your membership account. To add an email address to your membership account please contact the membership department on 1300 784 436 or email gcmembership@goldcoastfc.com.au.

I do not know my password for my membership account. What do I do?

The password that you enter for The SUNS Shop account registration MUST match your password that you have set up for your membership account. If you have forgotten this, please log onto our membership website and follow the prompt to 'Forgot Password'. 

An auto-generated password will be issued to enable you to reset your membership account password. You MUST change the auto-generated password to your own password on your membership account. Once this has been set, use this password on The SUNS Shop.

If you do not receive an email it might mean that we have the wrong email address for you. Please contact the membership department on 1300 784 436 or email gcmembership@goldcoastfc.com.au to update your details.

I want to use a different email address to the email linked to my membership. What do I do?

To receive a 10% discount, your email address MUST match the email address linked to your membership. If you need to update this please contact the membership department on 1300 784 436 or email gcmembership@goldcoastfc.com.au.   

I have set up my account, but it is not recognising me as a member. What should I do?

Please check that your email address and membership password on The SUNS Shop match your membership account. If you are unsure whether the email address and password match, you can test this by logging into your membership account. Once you know what they are, log onto The SUN Shop and go to Account > Account Settings and update your email/club membership password.

The club has given me a temporary password. Can I use this to create my The SUNS Shop account?

No. If you have a temporary password, you will need to set a new password through the membership site. Once this has been created you can use this as your 'Club Membership Password' when creating The SUNS Shop account. 

I have changed my membership password, does this mean my The SUNS Shop password will automatically change?

No. You will need to login to The SUNS Shop and update your membership password for your record to match and for your 10% discount to be applied. Please login to The SUNS Shop and go to Account > Account Settings > Update Club Membership Password. Once this matches you will begin to see discount prices across the site.

I know my membership credentials are correct but my discount hasn’t been applied. What could it be?

To be eligible for a The SUNS Shop discount, your membership payments must be up to date.

If you are behind in your payments, have not renewed, or cancelled your membership please login to your membership account or call the Membership Department on 1300 784 436 to resolve the issue.
